All over Sicily there are these guys who sell fresh fruit and vegetables right off their trucks. Sometimes they park in one place all day, sometimes they drive around to different locations and announce their presence by shouting out so all can hear. The mobile fruit and veggie guy here in Cefalu' parks his truck just under our balcony a couple times a day and barks out a list of his wares.
