After we leave Sicily, we will land in Barcelona, pick up the rental car, and drive to our hotel in Sitges. Next it's on to Figueres and the Dali museum - something I've been wanting to visit for years !
Our route will take us to Roses, Santa Susanna, Alcaniz, the "hanging houses" in Cuenca, and on to Logrono. From Logrono, we will visit San Sebastion and Bilbao before heading back to Barcelona for four nights.
The Spanish part of our trip will be a bit hectic, but we wanted to see as much as possible of this particular area in just 17 days...we have to believe that we will return to explore the other regions of Spain another time.
Our adventure begins on January 24th...hope you come along for the ride !
